Omaha man arrested for leaving the scene of deadly crash

A 38-year-old man has been taken into custody after deputies say he left the scene of a deadly crash. It occurred in March close to 194th Avenue and Q streets.William J Sadowski was arrested Tuesday for leaving the scene of a private harm accident leading to critical bodily harm or loss of life that killed Michael Elgin, 33, of Omaha.In response to courtroom paperwork, Sadowski and Elgin had been making an attempt to cross one another on Q avenue. They collided, and Elgin misplaced management of his automobile and hit a big electrical pole. Deputies say he died on the scene. Paperwork allege Sadowski drove off. He was later present in his automobile close to 216th and Pacific Streets. Sadowski now faces a felony cost for leaving the scene.
